It is primarily responsible for distributing input power to different transmission branches, achieving synchronous power output from multiple parts, coordinating the machine’s movement and auxiliary mechanism operation, and ensuring balanced power distribution and stable transmission.

The product is forged from 20CrMnTi alloy carburized steel, processed through multiple processes including carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding. It features high tooth surface hardness, wear resistance, and anti-galling properties, as well as strong root toughness that prevents tooth breakage. The gear module is precise, the tooth profile is regular, the meshing clearance is uniform, resulting in smooth operation without abnormal noise. It is impact-resistant, heavy-load resistant, and resistant to wear and slippage during long-term high-load operation. The overall dimensions strictly adhere to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, ensuring a high degree of fit and interchangeability. It can directly replace original vehicle parts and is widely applicable for the repair and assembly of loader gearboxes and transmission mechanisms.
