The turbine is the core power driven element inside the hydraulic torque converter, forming a three-element transmission structure with the pump impeller and guide impeller. It converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy by relying on the high-pressure transmission oil ejected by the pump impeller to impact the blades, outputting power to the transmission to achieve smooth starting, automatic torque increase, and shock absorption.

Made with high-precision aerospace-grade cast aluminum, the blades feature precise die-cast curved surfaces and a streamlined design. After dynamic balancing and surface strengthening treatment, they boast high strength, good toughness, and are not prone to deformation or blade cracking. They offer high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, resistance to high oil temperatures, and cavitation resistance. Dimensions and assembly positions are completely compatible with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ensuring strong interchangeability. It can directly replace the original vehicle turbine and is suitable for repairing and assembling various loader torque converters.
