Product Introduction

The hydraulic torque converter is the core hydraulic transmission assembly between the loader’s engine and gearbox. It consists of components such as a pump impeller, turbine, guide wheel, housing, and lock-up clutch, using hydraulic oil as the medium to achieve flexible power transmission. It can automatically increase torque, providing smooth starting and shock-free gear shifting. It can buffer engine vibration and construction site bumps, effectively protecting the engine and gearbox. The entire assembly is made of high-strength precision casting, with precision-machined internal flow channels. The impeller undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing, ensuring tight sealing to prevent leakage, excellent heat dissipation, high transmission efficiency, heavy load resistance, and fatigue resistance. It features original factory standard interface dimensions, strong interchangeability, and can directly replace the original torque converter assemblies of various machine models.
