The flexible plate, also known as the connecting flexible disc, is a flexible connection transmission component between the loader engine and the hydraulic torque converter. Its main functions include torque transmission, shock absorption, and coaxial alignment. It can compensate for installation deviations, absorb driving vibrations and starting shocks, smoothly transmit engine power, effectively reduce transmission noise, and protect the engine flywheel and torque converter from damage by hard impacts.

Made of high-elasticity, high-quality rubber composite high-strength steel plate, it is integrally vulcanized, resulting in high toughness, uniform elasticity, and tensile strength, making it resistant to breakage. It is oil-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and anti-aging, with strong deformation recovery. The bolt hole positions are precise, with high concentricity, uniform stress distribution, and resistance to tearing.
