The pump impeller is the core active power component inside the hydraulic torque converter. Working in conjunction with the turbine and guide wheel, it serves as the “power input end” of the torque converter. Driven by the engine, it rotates, converting mechanical energy into the kinetic energy of hydraulic oil. Power is transmitted through the impact of high-pressure oil against the turbine blades, making it a crucial component for power conversion in the hydraulic transmission system.
Made of high-strength precision cast aluminum alloy, the blades are streamlined and precision-designed using CNC machining. The entire unit undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing and surface strengthening treatment. It boasts high rigidity and toughness, resisting deformation and cracking, cavitation resistance, and high oil temperature resistance. It ensures smooth hydraulic oil flow and high power conversion efficiency. Dimensions and assembly positions fully conform to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, ensuring high interchangeability.
