The torque converter housing is the core load-bearing and protective shell of the hydraulic torque converter. Serving as the mounting carrier for internal core components such as the pump impeller, turbine, and guide wheel, it plays a crucial role in fixing and positioning, sealing and protecting, bearing the load, and dissipating heat and guiding airflow. It also connects the engine and transmission, ensuring the continuity of power transmission.
Made of high-strength ductile iron through precision casting, and precision machining processes including CNC boring, milling, and drilling, the housing boasts high rigidity, excellent pressure and impact resistance, and is not easily deformed or cracked. Its high flatness and hole accuracy ensure a tight seal, effectively preventing hydraulic oil leakage.
