The guide wheel seat is the core positioning and support base inside the hydraulic torque converter. It provides a fixed installation point for the guide wheel and simultaneously undertakes axial positioning, radial limiting, and oil circuit guidance functions. It firmly locks the guide wheel in its operating position, ensuring coaxial operation and uniform clearance of the pump wheel, turbine, and guide wheel, preventing vibration, abnormal noise, and reduced transmission efficiency caused by operational deviation.

Made of high-quality alloy steel, it undergoes tempering hardening and precision grinding, resulting in high overall hardness, rigidity, pressure resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to deformation and loosening.
