Together with the pump wheel and turbine, it forms the core of the three-element transmission system. Installed between the pump wheel and turbine, its main function is to change the direction of the hydraulic oil flowing out of the turbine, guiding the hydraulic oil to impact the pump wheel blades again.

The guide wheel is the core guiding and torque-enhancing element inside the hydraulic torque converter. Together with the pump wheel and turbine, it forms the core of the three-element transmission system. Installed between the pump wheel and turbine, its main function is to change the direction of the hydraulic oil flowing from the turbine, guiding the hydraulic oil to impact the pump wheel blades again, achieving secondary power amplification and automatic torque enhancement. Simultaneously, it buffers the hydraulic oil impact, improving the torque converter’s transmission efficiency. It is a key component ensuring powerful starts and hill-climbing for loaders under heavy loads.

Made of high-strength precision cast aluminum alloy, the blades are streamlined and precision-designed, CNC-machined, and the entire assembly undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing and surface strengthening treatment. It boasts high rigidity and toughness, is not easily deformed or cracked, resists cavitation, and withstands high oil temperatures. It ensures smooth hydraulic oil flow and low resistance. Its dimensions and assembly positions are completely aligned with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, ensuring high interchangeability. It can directly replace the original guide wheel and is suitable for repairing and installing hydraulic torque converters in various loaders.
