Product Introduction

The three-shaft assembly is a core transmission component of the loader’s gearbox. It integrates the three-shaft body, on-shaft gears, bearings, oil seals, and retaining rings, connecting the input and output transmission systems. It is responsible for secondary power transmission, speed reduction and torque conversion, and regulating the overall machine speed and power output efficiency. It is a key assembly ensuring smooth gear shifting and stable power transmission.

Made of high-strength alloy steel through forging, the shaft body undergoes heat treatment. The gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy carburized steel, carburized, quenched, and precision ground, resulting in high tooth surface hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance. The shaft body is rigid and not easily twisted or deformed. All components are precisely assembled with high concentricity, ensuring smooth operation. Excellent sealing performance prevents dust and oil leaks. Suitable for the complex working conditions of loaders under heavy loads and high-frequency start-stop cycles, it features original factory standard dimensions, strong interchangeability, and can directly replace the original assembly without modification. Compatible with various loader gearbox repairs and new machine installations.
