Product Introduction

The reverse planetary carrier assembly is the core reduction and reversing assembly of the loader’s reverse gear transmission system. It integrates the planetary carrier body, planetary gears, needle roller bearings, shaft pins, and retaining rings, working in conjunction with the sun gear and ring gear to complete reverse gear reduction, torque conversion, and power reversal, smoothly transmitting power in the reverse direction to the output end. It is a key transmission assembly for enabling smooth reverse driving and reversing of the loader.

Made of high-strength alloy steel through forging, the planetary carrier body undergoes heat treatment. The planetary gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy carburized steel, undergoing carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding processes, resulting in high tooth surface hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance. The planetary carrier is rigid and not easily twisted or deformed. All components are precisely assembled with high concentricity and smooth operation. The needle roller bearings provide smooth lubrication and excellent sealing performance, preventing dust and oil leaks. Suitable for the complex working conditions of loaders involving frequent reversing and heavy-load reversing, it features original factory standard dimensions, strong interchangeability, and can directly replace the original assembly without modification. It is suitable for repairing various loader transmissions and for use with new machines.
