Product Introduction

The first gear piston body is the core hydraulic actuator of the first gear clutch system in a loader’s transmission. It primarily receives hydraulic oil pressure and pushes the first gear drive plate, driven plate, and load-bearing plate to engage tightly, achieving power transmission and smooth shifting in first gear. It is a key component controlling the on/off state of the first gear clutch.

Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or high-quality cast iron through precision machining, and treated with anodizing or quenching, it has a smooth, wear-resistant surface, excellent sealing, and is not easily deformed or leaking. The cylinder inner wall has high precision, ensuring accurate piston stroke, sensitive hydraulic response, resistance to high oil temperatures and oil corrosion, and dimensions strictly conforming to original factory standards. It perfectly matches the transmission clutch drum and seals, offering strong interchangeability. No modification is required; it can directly replace original parts, suitable for loader transmission repair and new machine use.
