The isolating bracket is a crucial positioning and isolation support component inside the loader gearbox. It is primarily used for spacing and limiting the distance between gears, bearings, and friction plates, preventing axial movement and mutual friction and collision, and ensuring uniform clearance and stable concentric operation of all transmission components.

Made of high-strength precision-cast steel in one piece, it undergoes precision machining and leveling to prevent deformation and warping. The surface is smooth and burr-free, with high compressive strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance. It is resistant to high-temperature oil immersion without corrosion. With standard dimensions and high flatness, it ensures a tight fit, effectively reducing gearbox noise, jamming, and uneven wear. It is a factory standard specification with strong interchangeability, allowing for direct installation and use after repair or replacement.
