The through-shaft is a core power transmission shaft component in a loader’s gearbox. It runs through the gearbox housing, connecting the input, output, and intermediate transmission components. Its main responsibility is to transmit engine power, driving the synchronous operation of gears, planetary carriers, and other components. It is a key shaft component ensuring continuous power transmission and smooth gear shifting.

Made of 40Cr high-strength alloy structural steel, forged in one piece, and subjected to heat treatment, precision turning, and fine grinding, the shaft boasts high rigidity, excellent tensile and torsional resistance, and is not easily twisted, broken, or deformed. Its smooth, burr-free surface ensures high precision, accurately matching bearings, gears, and oil seals. It is wear-resistant, resistant to high oil temperatures, and resistant to gearbox oil corrosion. Its dimensions strictly conform to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, ensuring high interchangeability. No modification is required; it can directly replace the original loader’s through-shaft and is suitable for repairing and installing in various loader gearboxes.
