Product Introduction

The first gear drive plate is a core friction transmission component of the loader’s gearbox shifting clutch system. Used in conjunction with the driven plate, it engages via hydraulic pressure to transmit first gear power, enabling starting, low-speed heavy-load driving, and smooth shifting.

The product uses high-quality base material with high-precision surface treatment, resulting in high flatness, stable friction coefficient, heat and wear resistance, and resistance to warping, deformation, slippage, and disengagement. It is resistant to high oil temperatures and high-temperature burning, possesses high toughness, is not prone to cracking, has standard dimensions and good concentricity, conforms to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and is highly interchangeable, allowing for direct replacement during gearbox repairs.
