Product Introduction

The overrunning clutch is a core one-way transmission component in the loader’s gearbox and torque converter transmission system. It consists of an outer ring, star wheel, rollers, springs, and cage, and is made of high-alloy steel through quenching and precision grinding.

Its main function is one-way engagement for power transmission and automatic disengagement for overrunning and coasting under no-load conditions. This enables smooth power transitions between fast and slow gears, buffering shift shocks. It features high overall hardness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, precise engagement without slippage, and resistance to jamming and damage. It also boasts good sealing, dustproofing, and oil resistance. Suitable for frequent gear shifts and heavy-load start-stop conditions in loaders, it is compatible with original factory dimensions for various models, allowing for direct installation during repairs and replacements.

• Construction Sites: Suitable for frequent forward and backward movement, high and low speed switching, with sensitive clutch engagement, smooth gear shifting without slippage or disengagement.
