The handbrake flange is a key connecting and transmission component in the loader’s parking brake system. It is mainly used for positioning and torque transmission between the handbrake and the drive shaft and brake housing, serving to connect and fix, provide concentric positioning, and ensure smooth transmission.

Made of high-strength carbon steel in one piece forging, precision machined and surface-ground, the flange boasts high flatness, high strength, and resistance to pressure and torsion, making it resistant to deformation and cracking. The flange holes are precise, with good coaxiality, ensuring a tight fit and eliminating looseness or misalignment in the braking transmission.
