Product Introduction

The loader gearbox assembly is the core power transmission assembly of construction machinery, connecting the engine and the front and rear drive axles. It is responsible for speed change, torque conversion, direction shifting, power transmission, and controlling the loader’s forward, reverse, gear shifting, and speed control.

The assembly integrates a torque converter, gearbox housing, clutch assembly, planetary gear set, drive shaft, control valves, hydraulic control system, and oil seals. It uses high-strength alloy gears, precision-machined through carburizing and quenching, and the housing is integrally cast iron, resulting in high rigidity, impact resistance, and resistance to deformation.

The entire machine adopts hydraulic electronic control/mechanical shifting, offering high transmission efficiency, smooth shifting, large torque reserve, heavy load resistance, fatigue resistance, good heat dissipation, dustproof and leak-proof design. It is suitable for loaders with frequent start-stop operations, heavy-load uphill climbing, and harsh construction site conditions. It can directly replace original equipment manufacturer (OEM) gearbox assemblies from LiuGong, LongGong, Lingong, XCMG, and Shantui, offering strong interchangeability and convenient installation.

  • Construction Sites: Earthwork excavation, backfilling, road construction, frequent forward and reverse shifting, short-distance heavy-load operations; the gearbox provides ample power and stable shifting.
