The primary input gear is the core transmission gear inside the loader’s gearbox. It primarily receives power from the input shaft, smoothly transmitting power to the secondary gear and transmission components through primary reduction meshing. It is a key component for power input and gear shifting in the gearbox.

Made of 20CrMnTi alloy carburized steel, forged and processed through carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding, it boasts high tooth surface hardness and strong tooth root toughness, making it resistant to chipping, breakage, wear, and deformation. The precise tooth profile ensures tight meshing and smooth transmission. It is impact-resistant, high-speed resistant, and resistant to high-temperature oil corrosion. With high overall precision and good concentricity, it conforms to original factory standard dimensions, offering strong interchangeability and allowing direct replacement of original vehicle parts.
