The working pump shaft gear is a key component of the hydraulic system power transmission in a loader. Integrating the shaft and gear, it connects to the engine or gearbox power supply, driving the working pump and hydraulic pump to provide power input for hydraulic actions such as lifting, tipping, and steering.

Forged from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, it undergoes carburizing, quenching, precision hobbing, and grinding processes. This results in high tooth surface hardness, wear resistance, anti-galling, no tooth breakage, and no shaft torsion. The precise tooth profile ensures smooth transmission, uniform clearance, high pressure resistance, high speed resistance, and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation. It features original factory standard dimensions, strong interchangeability, and can directly replace original vehicle parts.
