Product Introduction

The rear drive axle assembly of a loader is a core component of the machine’s transmission system. Located between the gearbox and the rear drive axle, its main function is to smoothly transmit the power output from the gearbox to the rear drive axle, enabling the vehicle’s driving and operational power output.

The assembly consists of axle tubes, flanges, universal joint cross shafts, telescopic splines, dust covers, and seals. It is forged from 40Cr high-strength alloy steel, tempered, quenched, and precision-machined, resulting in excellent torsional and impact resistance, making it less prone to breakage and deformation.

Featuring a built-in spline telescopic structure and a large-angle universal joint, it compensates for angle and length deviations caused by road bumps and frame deformation. It offers excellent sealing protection, preventing mud and sand, oil leaks, and wear, making it suitable for harsh, heavy-duty engineering conditions. It is compatible with the original dimensions of major brands and can be directly replaced for installation.

  • Construction sites:Earthwork backfilling, road construction, frequent starting, reversing, and turning require stable power transmission and are less prone to damage.
  • Quarry/Mining: Suitable for heavy-duty uphill driving, navigating bumpy, gravel-covered roads, and withstanding strong impact loads; torsional resistance, durable, and crack-resistant.
  • Sand and Gravel Yards, Coal Yards, and Mixing Plants: Suitable for short-distance, high-frequency reciprocating operations and long-term full-load idling conditions; durable with a low failure rate.
  • Ports and Factory Material Yards: Suitable for continuous loading and unloading operations in all weather conditions; smooth transmission, no vibration or abnormal noise, and long service life.
  • Complete Machine Assembly and Repair/Replacement: Compatible with new assembly and old parts repair/replacement for 3-ton, 5-ton, 6-ton, and 7-ton wheel loaders from brands such as Longgong, Lingong, Liugong, XCMG, and Shantui.
