The rear input flange of a loader is a key connecting component of the transmission system. It is made of high-strength alloy steel, forged, precision-machined, and heat-treated.

Main Function: Connects the gearbox output, drive shaft, and main reducer/differential, transmitting engine power, buffering transmission torque, and ensuring smooth coaxial power transmission. It features high strength, torsional resistance, impact resistance, durability, and non-deformation. The end face has high flatness and good concentricity, ensuring a tight fit, no abnormal noise, and no oil leakage. It is suitable for the harsh working conditions of loaders, including heavy loads, frequent starts and stops, and reversing operations.
