The loader axle assembly (drive axle) is the core component of the loader’s transmission system. It consists of the axle housing, main reducer, differential, half-shafts, wheel-side reducers, and brakes. Divided into the front axle (drive/steering) and the rear axle (drive/swing), it is responsible for five major functions: speed reduction and torque increase, power distribution, load bearing, differential steering, and service braking. Utilizing high-strength cast steel/welded axle housings, high-precision ground gears, and enhanced heat treatment, it features high load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, high transmission efficiency, reliable braking, and convenient maintenance. It is a crucial assembly ensuring stable operation of the loader under heavy loads and harsh working conditions.

  • Mining and Quarrying: Heavy-duty shoveling and loading of ore, hard soil, and gravel, with high impact loads and dust levels.
  • Infrastructure Construction: Earthwork excavation, backfilling, site leveling, frequent starts, stops, and turns.
