The front drive axle assembly of a loader is a core component of the transmission system, primarily connecting the gearbox and the front drive axle. It is responsible for smoothly transmitting power to the front axle, driving the entire machine for operation.

The assembly is forged from high-strength alloy steel and includes components such as axles, universal joints, cross shafts, dust covers, connecting flanges, and splined shafts. After tempering, quenching, and precision machining, it boasts high torsional strength, impact resistance, and is not prone to breakage or deformation. The universal joints offer flexible rotation and strong angle compensation capabilities, adapting to bumpy, turning, and elevation difference conditions. It features excellent sealing, dust and oil prevention, and a long service life. It can directly replace original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, offering strong versatility and easy installation.
