The loader drive axle housing is a core load-bearing and transmission component of the construction machinery chassis. It consists of a front axle housing and a rear axle housing, employing an integral cast or welded box-type structure. The material is primarily QT500-7/QT600-3 ductile iron or low-alloy high-strength steel. Internally, it houses the main reducer, differential, half-shafts, and wheel-side reduction mechanisms. Its core function is to bear the weight of the entire machine and operational impact loads, while simultaneously transmitting engine torque to the wheels via the transmission system, enabling driving and operation. It possesses high strength, high rigidity, high sealing performance, and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for heavy loads and harsh working conditions.
