Front spiral bevel gear

The front spiral bevel gear of a loader, also known as the front axle bevel gear or spiral bevel gear, consists of a driving pinion and a driven large gear, and is a core component of the main transmission of the loader’s front drive axle.

It is manufactured from a forged blank made of 20CrMnTi alloy structural steel, through multiple processes including precision milling, carburizing and quenching, tooth surface grinding, and flaw detection. The tooth profile is a spiral bevel structure, providing smooth transmission, high torque capacity, impact resistance, heavy load capacity, low noise, and resistance to tooth breakage. It also features good sealing adaptability, is resistant to mud and water, and high-temperature resistant, making it suitable for harsh and continuous operating conditions such as construction sites and mines. It is used to reduce speed, amplify torque, and change the direction of power transmission, providing stable power output for the front axle’s movement.
