Product Description

Loader Internal gear

Internal gears are ring-shaped gears with teeth distributed along the inner circumference. They often mesh with planetary gears and sun gears to form planetary gear transmission mechanisms. Made of high-quality alloy steel through forging, precision hobbing, gear shaping, carburizing and quenching, and precision grinding, they feature a compact transmission structure, small size, high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low operating noise, and good coaxiality. Compared to ordinary external gears, they offer higher overlap ratios, smoother transmission, greater torque capacity, and the ability to achieve large reduction ratios. They are core components of planetary reducers and wheel-side reducers in construction machinery.

Application Scenarios

  • Construction Machinery: Wheel-side reducers for loaders, excavators, road rollers, and graders; travel motors; slewing mechanisms.
  • Drive Axle Assemblies: Dedicated components for planetary wheel-side reduction systems in loader and construction vehicle drive axles.
  • Mining Machinery: Mining reducers, winches, hoists, heavy-duty transmission equipment.
  • Industrial Reducers: Planetary reducers, gearboxes, hoisting machinery, and conveyor equipment transmission systems.
  • Agricultural vehicles and machinery: forklifts, large tractors, harvesters, and transmission and reduction mechanisms for special engineering vehicles.
