Loader Disc brake

Disc brakes are general-purpose braking components for construction machinery, relying on the friction generated by the brake caliper clamping the brake disc to achieve deceleration, parking, and braking. They consist of a brake disc, brake caliper, friction pads, piston, seals, and bracket.

Utilizing hydraulic drive and a caliper-disc structure, they offer excellent heat dissipation, fast braking response, stable braking torque, minimal heat fade, wear resistance, and easy maintenance. Their strong overall sealing provides dust and mud protection, making them suitable for heavy-duty, high-frequency braking, and harsh operating conditions. They widely replace traditional drum brakes, offering higher reliability and longer service life.
