Product Introduction

Loader bracket mounting components are core accessories for fixing and supporting parts such as the chassis, transmission, hood, water tank, muffler, and cab of construction machinery. They consist of a main bracket, mounting ears, reinforcing ribs, fixing base, bushings, bolts, and washers.

Made from high-strength steel plates, cut, bent, and welded, the entire assembly undergoes heat treatment and stress relief, resulting in strong load-bearing capacity, resistance to deformation, vibration, and fracture. The surface is sandblasted and painted for rust and corrosion protection. Precise hole positions and high concentricity ensure a tight fit, effectively buffering operational vibrations, distributing equipment load, preventing frame cracking and component loosening. Original factory dimensions are universal, suitable for various loader repair and replacement, and for complete machine compatibility.
