Loader Main drive

The main drive, also known as the main reducer, is a core transmission component of the drive axle in loaders and construction vehicles. It consists of a driving bevel gear, a driven spur gear, a differential assembly, a housing, bearings, half-shaft gears, and planetary gears. Installed in the middle of the drive axle, its function is to reduce speed, increase torque, and simultaneously change the direction of power transmission, distributing the power from the gearbox to the left and right half-shafts to drive the wheels.

The product uses high-strength alloy gear steel, forged, carburized, quenched, and precision ground. It features high torque capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, impact resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to gear breakage. It is suitable for heavy-duty, mining, and harsh construction conditions, has a long service life, and is easy to maintain.
