Product Introduction

The intermediate drive shaft assembly is a key connecting component of the loader’s transmission system. Installed between the gearbox and the front and rear drive axles, it primarily transmits engine power and compensates for installation misalignment and angular displacement caused by driving bumps.

The assembly consists of the intermediate shaft body, universal joint cross shaft, sliding spline sleeve, flange, dust cover, bearings, and seals. Forged from 40Cr alloy steel, it undergoes tempering, quenching, and precision machining, resulting in high torsional strength, good toughness, and resistance to twisting and breakage. The universal joint offers flexible large-angle rotation, the spline provides significant expansion and contraction compensation, and the sealing structure is robust, preventing mud and sand, oil leaks, and wear. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as heavy loads, frequent starts and stops, and bumpy steering in loaders. It is compatible with original factory dimensions, allowing for direct replacement without modification.

Application Scenarios

  • Construction sites: Earthwork excavation, backfilling, road surface breaking, frequent starts, reversing, and steering, high transmission load, suitable for stable power transmission.
  • Quarry/Mining: Suitable for heavy-duty uphill driving, rough and uneven road surfaces, strong impact loads, and a torsional and impact-resistant intermediate shaft that is not prone to deformation or breakage.
  • Sand and Gravel Yards, Coal Yards, and Mixing Plants: Suitable for long-term short-distance round-trip operations and continuous full-load operation. High-frequency transmission is not easily damaged, resulting in a low failure rate.
  • Ports and Factory Yards: Suitable for continuous loading and unloading operations around the clock. Smooth transmission, no vibration or abnormal noise, and long service life.
  • Complete Machine Assembly and Replacement: Compatible with 3-ton, 5-ton, 6-ton, and 7-ton wheel loaders from brands such as LiuGong, LongGong, Lingong, XCMG, and ShanGong. Used for new machine assembly and replacement of old parts.
