It is the core carrier for power transmission, torque reduction, and gear shifting, directly determining the overall machine’s driving and operating performance and shifting smoothness.

Utilizing high-quality base materials for precision assembly, the shaft components are made of 40Cr high-strength alloy structural steel, and the gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy carburized steel. Through precision processes such as forging, tempering, and carburizing quenching, all components are precisely matched with high concentricity, ensuring smooth operation and efficient transmission. Excellent overall sealing performance prevents dust and oil leaks, withstands high oil temperatures, and is impact-resistant. It is suitable for the complex working conditions of loaders, including heavy loads, high-frequency start-stop, and frequent gear shifting. Strictly conforming to original factory standard dimensions, it has strong interchangeability, requiring no modification and can directly replace the original gearbox core, significantly improving gearbox maintenance efficiency. It is compatible with various loader gearboxes for repair and new machine use.
