Loader Wheel hub

Product Introduction
Loader wheel hubs (also called steel rims or wheel rims) are the core load-bearing components of the loader’s walking system. They are made of high-strength steel plates through integral rolling, welding, and machining, supporting the tires, bearing the weight of the entire machine, and transmitting traction.

Made with thickened national standard steel, they are integrally formed, with uniform welds, resistant to pressure and impact, and not easily deformed or cracked. The surface undergoes rust removal and painting treatment, providing rust and corrosion resistance. Suitable for harsh heavy-duty working conditions such as construction sites, mines, and sand and gravel plants, and compatible with various 3-ton, 5-ton, 6-ton, and 7-ton loaders with tubeless/solid tires.

Application Scenarios

• Construction Sites: Earthwork construction, road building, gravel and rough roads, frequent bumps, heavy-duty steering, requiring wheel hubs that do not deform or break.
• Mines/Quarries: Heavy-duty climbing, sharp gravel roads, impact resistance, wear resistance, edge chipping prevention, and crack prevention.
• Sand and gravel yards / coal yards / mixing plants: Suitable for long-term, short-distance, high-frequency operations and fully loaded material storage; high load-bearing capacity and long service life are required.
• Ports / stockyards: Require continuous, high-intensity loading and unloading operations, demanding high wheel hub concentricity and stability.
• Agricultural and forestry / rural muddy sites: Suitable for soft surfaces and heavy-load driving; high wheel hub strength is required to prevent wheel detachment and deformation.
