The loader differential is a core transmission component installed in the middle of the drive axle, connecting the left and right half-shafts. Its core function is to allow the two wheels to rotate at different speeds when transmitting power to the two half-shafts, meeting the needs of turning and driving on uneven roads. It also has the functions of deceleration and torque increase, and bearing impact loads.

Product Introduction
The loader differential is a core transmission component installed in the middle of the drive axle, connecting the left and right half-shafts. Its core function is to allow the two wheels to rotate at different speeds when transmitting power to the two half-shafts, meeting the needs of turning and driving on uneven roads. It also functions as a deceleration and torque amplification device, and can withstand impact loads.
Main Types: Standard open bevel gear differential (standard configuration), anti-slip differential/differential lock (optional, for muddy/slippery roads).
Core Structure: Composed of a differential housing, cross shaft, planetary gears (2–4), half-shaft gears, and high-strength bearings; the gears are mostly made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched (HRC58–62), wear-resistant and impact-resistant.
Application Scenarios:
Compatible with 1–10 ton loaders (ZL15/ZL30/ZL50/ZL70, etc.), widely used in:
