Product Introduction

The loader housing (gearbox housing) is the main load-bearing support component of the gearbox assembly. It is integrally cast from high-strength ductile iron and precision-machined by CNC boring, milling, and drilling.

As the mounting base for internal gears, shafts, clutches, and valve bodies, it serves to fix and position, bear loads, protect internal transmission components, and store transmission oil. It features high overall density, strong rigidity, impact resistance, and is not prone to cracking or deformation. It boasts high flatness and hole precision, a tight seal to prevent oil leakage, and is vibration-resistant and fatigue-resistant. Suitable for heavy-duty, bumpy working conditions in construction sites and mines, it conforms to original factory dimensions and can directly replace the original vehicle housing, offering high interchangeability.
