The reverse gear piston body is a core hydraulic actuator in the reverse gear clutch system of a loader’s transmission. It works in conjunction with the reverse gear cylinder body, friction plates, and load-bearing plates. Its main function is to receive hydraulic oil pressure and push the reverse gear driving and driven plates to engage tightly, realizing the transmission and disengagement of reverse gear power. This controls the loader’s smooth reversing and direction changing, and is a key component ensuring smooth reverse gear shifting and reliable reverse transmission.

Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or high-quality cast iron through precision machining, and treated with anodizing or quenching, it has a smooth, wear-resistant surface, excellent sealing, and is not easily deformed or leaking. The cylinder body has high precision, ensuring accurate piston stroke, sensitive hydraulic response, resistance to high oil temperatures, and resistance to transmission oil corrosion. Its dimensions strictly conform to original factory standards, perfectly matching the reverse gear cylinder body and seals, offering strong interchangeability.
