Product Introduction

The oil pan, located at the very bottom of the engine, serves as the engine oil storage container and a protective shell. It stores sufficient lubricating oil to provide ample oil supply to the oil pump, while also settling iron filings and impurities in the oil, preventing dust and mud from entering, aiding in heat dissipation, and protecting lower moving parts such as the crankshaft and connecting rods from impact damage.

Made of thickened high-quality steel plate, it is stamped and formed as a single piece, resulting in a robust structure resistant to deformation. The welded/stamped joints offer strong sealing, and it comes equipped with a drain plug and gasket to prevent oil leaks, impacts, and oil corrosion. The standard hole layout facilitates easy installation and disassembly, making it suitable for various engineering diesel engines for installation and maintenance.
