Product Introduction

The crankshaft is the core power shaft of a diesel engine, connecting the piston and connecting rod mechanism. It converts the reciprocating linear motion of the piston into rotational mechanical energy, outputting power outwards. Simultaneously, it drives auxiliary mechanisms such as the timing gear, oil pump, and fan, making it the central hub for engine power output.

Made of 45# steel or 40Cr alloy steel through integral forging, it undergoes multiple processes including tempering heat treatment, high-frequency quenching of the journals, precision grinding, and dynamic balancing. The main journals and connecting rod journals have high hardness, are wear-resistant and resistant to tensile damage; the crankshaft has high strength, is resistant to torsion and not easily broken; the oil passages are unobstructed and lubricate smoothly; the overall precision meets standards; it operates smoothly with low noise; it fully conforms to original factory specifications, has strong interchangeability, and is suitable for engine repair and replacement and complete machine assembly in various loaders.
