Product Introduction
The flywheel housing is a core protective connecting housing at the engine’s rear end. Installed at the rear of the engine block, it connects to the torque converter on the outside and encloses the flywheel, clutch, and other transmission components internally. It serves multiple functions, including protection from dust, positioning, load bearing, and heat dissipation, making it a crucial transitional component connecting the engine and transmission system.
Made of high-strength gray cast iron, it undergoes precision milling, boring, and drilling, resulting in a uniform wall thickness, robust structure, and resistance to pressure and impact, making it resistant to breakage and deformation. The smooth mating surfaces provide excellent sealing, effectively preventing mud and dust from entering. It also features pre-reserved inspection and observation windows, a rationally designed oil cooling system, and resistance to oil stains and high temperatures. With original factory standard-sized holes, it offers strong adaptability and can be directly replaced for installation. It is widely used in loader engine maintenance and complete machine assembly.
