The engine block, also known as the engine cylinder block, is the core base of a diesel engine. It provides precise installation and operating space for all internal moving parts such as the crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, and valve assemblies. It also integrates water channels, oil channels, and air channels, undertaking the functions of heat dissipation, lubrication, and intake/exhaust airflow. It is the skeletal foundation of the entire engine, directly determining its structural strength and operational stability.

Made of high-strength gray cast iron, it undergoes aging vibration to eliminate internal stress. Precision machining, including CNC precision boring of cylinder bores, precision milling of planes, and deep hole drilling of oil and water channels, results in high overall density, exceptional rigidity, and resistance to pressure and deformation. The cylinder bores are highly precise and wear-resistant, ensuring unobstructed oil and water channels. The sealing surfaces are smooth and tight, preventing leaks of water, oil, and air. Dimensions perfectly conform to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, offering high interchangeability and allowing direct use for engine repair and replacement, as well as for complete machine assembly.
