The loader’s non-perforated blade, also known as the non-perforated main blade or integral hardened blade, is a one-piece wear-resistant cutting component at the front edge of the loader bucket. It has no bolt holes or welding holes, and has an integral long strip structure that is directly welded to the bucket lip. It is used for cutting into the soil, wear protection, and pushing materials, and is suitable for medium and heavy working conditions such as earthmoving, sand and gravel, coal yards, and mixing plants.
Key advantages: Hole-free design for higher strength, less prone to breakage, and longer wear life; avoids stress concentration at hole locations, resulting in strong impact resistance; integral quenching ensures a sharp cutting edge and low resistance when penetrating soil; full range of specifications, customizable to bucket length.
Applicable scenarios: 50/30 standard/reinforced bucket loaders, earthmoving projects, mines, docks, storage yards, road construction.
