Product Introduction

The timing gear chamber, installed at the front of the engine, is a sealed housing that houses and protects the timing gear set. It precisely fixes the camshaft gear, crankshaft gear, idler gear, and other transmission gears, accurately controlling the engine’s valve timing and fuel injection timing. This ensures synchronized and coordinated intake, exhaust, and fuel supply timings, making it the core protective base for precise engine timing control.

The product is made of high-strength gray cast iron, integrally cast and processed through aging stress relief, precision milling of mating surfaces, and precision boring. The housing structure is robust and stable, resistant to vibration and deformation. The mating surfaces are highly flat, providing a tight seal to prevent oil leaks. The internal space layout is reasonable, with standard gear clearances, preventing dust and impurities from entering, effectively reducing gear wear and abnormal operating noise. Original factory standard-sized holes ensure strong interchangeability, suitable for engine repair and replacement in various loaders and for complete machine assembly.
